Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of real estate experience.
• Experience with real estate closings, title, and transaction documents.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple matters, priorities, and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow matters through completion.
• Team-oriented with willingness to support colleagues when needed.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft 365 and ability to learn new technology quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with real estate matters from contract through closing and post-closing.
• Manage transaction files, closing checklists, deadlines, documents, and outstanding items.
• Assist with collection and organization of due diligence, title, survey, and other materials.
• Prepare, revise, proofread, and organize correspondence and transaction documents.
• Coordinate signatures, closing documents, and pre/post-closing tasks.
• Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, attorneys, and others to move transactions toward closing.
• Maintain organized electronic files and provide day-to-day support to Real Estate team.
