Job summary

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Real Estate preferred.
Must possess a real estate salesperson’s or broker’s license.
36 months experience in real estate as a broker or seven years experience as a salesperson.
Ability to teach day or evening classes at multiple sites around the city.
Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate students in a learning-centered environment.

Responsibilities

Teach courses in real estate using face-to-face, hybrid, online modalities.
Develop syllabi and use varied teaching methods to meet objectives.
Evaluate student progress and maintain timely records and reports.
Provide academic advising and participate in department activities.
Review and revise curricula to ensure alignment with standards and accreditation.
