At Regions, the Capital Markets Production Associate performs clerical tasks to keep detailed records of work orders and completions.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Stabilizes CRE Term Loans with brokers within the company
2. Creates sustainable business relationships that provide loan production opportunities
3. Obtains status updates on documentation, transactions, and loans in process
4. Assists with preparing reports for production team meetings
5. Provides client feedback to ensure maintenance of a competitive position regionally and nationally
6. Engages in program education
7. Develops collaborative working relationship with internal personnel to ensure continued improvements in customer service

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

This position is incentive eligible.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly driven, organized, detail-oriented Associate with outstanding oral and written communications to support one of Regions' highest-producing and established Agency Originators and their clients.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing a marketing strategy to achieve origination goals based upon budgeted volume targets
• Prioritizing prospects and allocating time and resources to leverage sustainable business relationships that provide diversified, high-quality loan production opportunities
• Demonstrating knowledge of all Agency Products by discussing Regions Bank’s Agency and financing products and capabilities when working with existing clients and bankers and identifying prospective customers
• Maintaining updated knowledge of market, including prospective clients, competitive landscape, and economic trends; providing regular regional and industry market intelligence reporting to ensure a strong competitive position regionally and nationally
• Maintaining existing relationships and expanding current client base, while collaborating and interacting with underwriting, legal, and securitization professionals
• Analyzing real estate markets and sub-markets through extensive knowledge of fundamental real estate cash flow and valuation analysis for office, industrial, retail, self-storage, manufactured housing communities, hotel, and multifamily sectors

Pay ranges are job-specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which impact pay include experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location, and performance. Pay will vary among individual associates.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for the position's location and level.

Job Range Target:

Minimum: $87,837.17 USD

50th Percentile: $111,174.00 USD

Incentive Pay Plans

This role is eligible to participate in a commission incentive plan, with potential earnings based on performance against metrics and goals.
