Responsibilities

• Assist with market research by obtaining and analyzing market information, statistics, demographics, and traffic counts.
• Support valuation of listings using Argus and Excel.
• Review and summarize leases by preparing lease abstracts.
• Assist in the due diligence process for transactions.
• Help design and prepare marketing materials, including teasers and offering memorandums, by creating charts and other graphics.
• Gather data on rent rolls, demographics, and tenant profiles.
