Job summary

JLL’s Capital Markets internship in Washington, DC offers hands-on experience supporting analysts in market research, valuation, leasing analysis, and due diligence. You’ll help create teasers, offering memorandums, and marketing materials while gathering rent rolls and tenant data.

Qualifications

• Currently a college/university junior, graduating in Summer 2028.
• Permanent US work authorization.
• Strong analytical, writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with a team-player attitude.
• Ability to interact professionally with internal and external clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and writing market research by obtaining and analyzing market information, statistics, demographics, and traffic counts.
• Support the valuation of current and proposed listings using Argus and Excel.
• Review and summarize leases by preparing lease abstracts.
• Assist in the due diligence process for transactions.
• Help design and prepare marketing materials, including teasers and offering memorandums, by creating charts and other graphics.
• Provide general assistance to the team, including gathering data on rent rolls, demographics, and tenant profiles.
