Are you passionate about helping people find the right home? We’re looking for an experienced buyer’s agent to join our expanding team.

In this role, you’ll focus on lead generation, building strong client relationships, and guiding buyers through the process of finding a home that fits their needs and goals. It’s a great opportunity for a driven and client-focused real estate pro ready to take their career further.

Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale
  • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
  • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market
  • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
  • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
Qualifications
  • Commission opportunity
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Show a track record of real estate success
  • Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
Compensation

$80,000 - $140,000 at plan
