Are you a driven real estate professional looking for a growth opportunity? Join Sarah Reynolds, CEO of EmpowerHome, as we expand our team to serve more families in Martinsburg, WV, and beyond. We currently have an overflow of qualified buyer and seller appointments generated through our proven lead generation system, and we need dedicated agents to convert these opportunities into sales.

Our team provides comprehensive weekly training on converting appointments, along with ongoing support to help you succeed. Last week, each agent received 2-3 buyer appointments, and we are eager to add more agents to handle this demand.

Responsibilities

1. Meet with buyers and sellers, assess their needs, and guide them through the buying or selling process.
2. Maintain consistent weekly contact with clients.
3. Utilize lead follow-up systems to expand your sales pipeline.
4. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
5. Host monthly open houses; leads from these are assigned to you.
6. Manage your schedule within our CRM workflow system.
7. Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings.

Qualifications

• Licensed Real Estate Agent.
• VA and/or MD licenses preferred.
• Technology-savvy and effective communicator.
• Self-motivated with a desire for professional growth.
• Proven sales success preferred.
• Organized with excellent time management skills.
• Strong negotiation and networking abilities.

Compensation

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission-based
