Do you and I have something in common? I am constantly looking to grow, help more people, and serve more buyers and sellers. Are you like that as well? My name is Sarah Reynolds, CEO of EmpowerHome. We have set a big goal to serve 100 families a month right here in Erie, CO, but we have an issue… we need more agents. Currently, we have an overflow of buyer and seller appointments from our reverse prospecting lead generation efforts, vetted by our inside sales team, who have booked appointments with actual clients. Because we generate over 1,000 leads a week and our team makes offers to secure appointments, the agents who take these appointments need training to convert them into sales. We provide weekly training and back-office support to help you succeed, along with mentorship opportunities to foster growth. Last week, each agent received 2-3 buyer appointments, but we need more agents to keep up with demand. This is an urgent and tremendous opportunity for you! We have an overflow of appointments—hope you apply!

Responsibilities:
  1. Meet with buyers and sellers, determine their needs, and assist throughout the buying and selling process.
  2. Maintain consistent weekly contact with clients.
  3. Apply lead follow-up systems to grow your sales pipeline.
  4. Provide world-class customer service to ensure client satisfaction and generate referrals.
  5. Host monthly team open houses; all leads are assigned to the hosting agent.
  6. Work within the CRM workflow system and keep your calendar updated for appointments.
  7. Participate in Academy Sales Training and weekly sales meetings.
  8. Prospect for new leads to promote business.
  9. Nurture relationships to generate more sales.
Qualifications:
  1. Must be a licensed real estate agent.
  2. Full-time availability.
  3. Technology-driven with effective communication skills.
  4. Driven, self-motivated, with a desire for professional growth.
  5. Proven sales success preferred.
  6. Organized with effective time management.
  7. Excellent negotiation and networking skills.
  8. Positive attitude and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ per year, commission-based.
