• Current license to practice law in Alabama or Florida.
• Minimum 3–5 years of continuous, verifiable experience.
• Experience in real estate, business law, and commercial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Conducts legal research.
• Independently drafts transactional documents.
• Attends client appointments independently.
• Learns and understands client expectations and assists in meeting department goals.
• Handles special projects and committees.
• Completes administrative tasks including time reporting and case documentation.
• Effectively uses technology and automation in the practice of law.
• Maintains high standards of file management.
• Travels as required to meet business needs.
• Maintains the integrity of the Firm and complies with laws and firm policies.
