gpac LLC. seeks an experienced Transactional Attorney with 5+ years to join our downtown Milwaukee practice. The ideal candidate will handle sophisticated real estate and business transactions and work directly with clients in a collaborative environment.

This full-time, in-office role emphasizes drafting, negotiating, due diligence, and advising on entity matters while coordinating with attorneys across the firm to structure and close transactions.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Wisconsina Bar membership
• 5+ years of transactional legal experience, experience with real estate and/or business transactions
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client counseling skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, contracts, and other transactional documents
