Zusammenfassung

Colliers Brentwood, CA internship program invites current students to join our Brokerage team. You will support market research, property marketing, client deliverables, and database management in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

This in-office internship requires 2–3 days per week; you will gain hands-on exposure to the commercial real estate business and collaborate with experienced professionals while developing professional skills.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate through educational focus or extracurricular activities.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service at all levels of the organization and with external partners.
• A high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, product quality, or attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn about the commercial real estate industry.

Aufgaben

• You will help the team gather sales and rent comparables.
• You will assist with preparing Offering Memorandums and Broker Opinions of Value.
• You will support property marketing efforts, including preparing property marketing write-ups.
• You will maintain company databases to track prospects and business opportunities.
• You will create, format, print, and bind proposals, presentations, and other client deliverables.
• You will participate in team and client meetings, bringing a positive attitude and eagerness to learn the business.
• As you demonstrate proficiency in your core responsibilities, you'll have the opportunity to take on stretch assignments and expand your role within the business.
