Responsibilities

Financial modeling & risk grading to support transactions
Collateral & market analysis
Preparation of marketing materials for client meetings
Sponsorship & guarantor analysis
Assisting in the completion of credit memos and annual reviews
Summarize key deal metrics and facts for LOIs
Support sales teams with ad-hoc requests, property inspections and market research
Portfolio monitoring and management
Learn treasury services tailored to CRE and end-to-end sales process
Develop understanding of J.P. Morgan products and services
