Responsibilities

• Contribute to the coordination and execution of a broad range of complex commercial real estate transactional matters including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, joint ventures, and property development.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and related ancillary agreements.
• Oversee due diligence, deal structuring, and closing coordination.
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to clients.
• Conduct title, survey, zoning, and lease review.
• Identify legal and financial risks.
• Prepare clear diligence reports and mitigation strategies.
• Serve as a key contact for clients on active matters.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors.
• Manage timelines and junior team members.
