Dentons Cohen & Grigsby is seeking a mid-level Real Estate associate in Pittsburgh to handle complex commercial real estate and real estate finance transactions within a globally connected platform.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, leases, and related documents, overseeing due diligence, and coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure efficient deal completion.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of commercial real estate or real estate finance experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of title, survey, zoning, and property rights.
• Ability to identify and solve complex legal issues.
• High-quality drafting skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, and financing.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and related documents.
• Oversee due diligence, risk analysis, and closing coordination.
• Interact with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
