Job summary

Dentons is seeking a Real Estate Attorney (M&A Due Diligence Focus) in Pittsburgh. The role leads end-to-end real estate due diligence for complex M&A transactions, coordinating diligence, drafting key documents, and supporting acquisitions, leasing, development, and financing matters.

The successful candidate will have a JD from an accredited law school, PA bar admission, and at least 5 years of transactional real estate experience, with strong drafting, negotiation, and client‑facing skills;

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of transactional real estate experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end real estate due diligence for M&A transactions.
• Draft and negotiate key real estate transaction documents (acquisitions, sales, leases).
• Assist with closings and post-closing matters in complex transactions.
• Develop practical risk mitigation strategies and integrate real estate findings into deal strategy.
