Offit Kurman, a growing Am Law 200 firm, seeks a Senior Real Estate Attorney for our Los Angeles or Century City office. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of sophisticated commercial real estate experience, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, development, and complex negotiations.

Experience leading transactions, managing closings, and serving as a primary client contact is required. The team advises buyers, sellers, investors, developers, landlords and lenders nationwide

Offit Kurman, an Am Law 200 firm focused on serving privately held businesses, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals, is seeking a Senior Real Estate Attorney to join our Los Angeles or Century City office.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of sophisticated commercial real estate experience, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, leasing, development matters, and complex contract negotiations. Experience leading transactions, managing closings, and serving as a primary client contact is required.

Our real estate practice advises buyers, sellers, investors, developers, landlords and lenders on a broad range of matters involving commercial, industrial, multifamily, retail, and mixed-use properties nationwide.

The anticipated base salary is $220K–$300K, Hours likely 1700 per year.
