Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience at a top-ranked law firm.
• Expertise in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions (financing, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development).
• Experience drafting, strong communication, and due diligence (title, survey).
• Strong academic record and interpersonal skills; able to interact with clients, business, and legal teams.
• Admitted to the District of Columbia bar.

Responsibilities

• Advise on sophisticated commercial real estate matters for institutional investors, developers, private equity sponsors, and corporate clients.
• Handle acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, fund formation, and leasing transactions.
