A Texas-headquartered elite law firm in Washington, DC is seeking a Mid-Level Real Estate Associate with 3-5 years of sophisticated transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, development, financings, and joint ventures across asset classes.

The ideal candidate will handle structuring, negotiation, and closing of complex deals and work with institutional investors, developers, lenders, and corporate clients.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project-management skills.
• Experience in a large law firm preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and lead multiple workstreams independently and collaboratively.
• Structure, negotiate, and close real estate transactions.
• Work with institutional investors, developers, lenders, and corporate clients.
• Handle leasing transactions for major commercial projects.
• Participate in complex joint ventures and capital-intensive projects.
