You will represent clients in acquisitions, development, financing, and leases; conduct title examinations; review surveys; draft and negotiate real estate contracts; and advise developers and property owners on
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in transactional real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing.
- Advise developers and property owners on real estate development projects and related legal requirements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, development agreements, leases, and other real estate contracts.
- Conduct title examinations and review title commitments, surveys, easements, restrictions, and related property records.

Established in the 1960’s, we are a mid-sized law firm that has 3 offices in Virginia and we focus on land use and zoning matters, real estate, eminent domain, commercial litigation, and trusts & estates.
