CyberCoders is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join a Woodbridge, Virginia real estate litigation practice hybrid in Woodbridge, VA. The role will focus on complex real estate litigation, title disputes, trusts and estates, eminent domain, and related business disputes.

Offer includes a salary range of $130,000-$180,000+, performance bonuses, paid time off and holidays, plus medical, dental, life and disability insurance, and a 401(k) with profit sharing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of litigation experience, preferably involving real estate litigation, title litigation, trust and estates litigation, eminent domain litigation, or business disputes.
• Active Virginia Bar admission in good standing.
• Experience with real estate transactions or land use matters is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Northern Virginia courts is preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage complex litigation matters with attention to detail and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex litigation matters involving real estate, title disputes, trusts and estates, eminent domain, and business disputes
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and other litigation-related documents
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies for litigation and advisory matters
• Appear in court hearings, mediations, depositions, and other litigation proceedings
• Work closely with partners and clients on case management, dispute resolution, and litigation strategy
• Support matters involving real estate transactions, land use issues, and related commercial disputes as needed
