Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and Virginia Bar admission or eligible to waive into Virginia.
• 2–5 years of experience in land use, zoning, real estate, environmental, municipal, or local government law.
• Strong research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Experience drafting land use applications, memoranda, briefs, and related documents.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced practice.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with government officials, developers, and community stakeholders.

Responsibilities
