Hydrogen Group in Sarasota is partnering with a long-standing firm seeking a Commercial Real Estate attorney with at least one year of experience for their on-site office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial real estate law.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase & sale agreements, leases, easements, and development agreements.
• Handling acquisitions, dispositions, and lending transactions.
• Managing due diligence (title, survey, zoning, and finance-related items).
• Supporting real estate development, joint ventures, and land use matters.
• Coordinating transactions from contract through closing.

Job description

I’m currently partnering with a long standing firm looking for a Commercial Real Estate attorney with a minimum of one year of experience for their Sarasota office and will consider those with under a year experience as well. This firm offers low turnover, amazing healthcare insurance, path to partnership and NO billable hour requirement. This is an on site position.

Attorney will be involved in:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase & sale agreements, leases, easements, and development agreements
• Handling acquisitions, dispositions, and lending transactions
• Managing due diligence (title, survey, zoning, and finance-related items)
