The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and negotiating loan documents, and handling acquisitions, dispositions, and securitizations, with strong knowledge of related matters. Salary ranges from $120,000 to $250,000+ depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 1–10 years of relevant commercial real estate experience.

Our client is an AV-rated law firm in Sarasota, Florida, seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 1–10 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and negotiating loan documents, as well as buying, selling, and securitizing real estate. Candidates should have broad knowledge of commercial real estate transactions and related matters.
