Job summary

Fox Rothschild has an opening in New York, NY for an associate in our Real Estate Department. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of retail industry and commercial real estate experience.

The successful candidate will negotiate and draft lease agreements, and other related legal documents; conduct due diligence for real estate transactions; and provide advice for regulatory, land use, and municipal hearings. Title review and SNDA negotiations with lenders are also required.

Qualifications

Experience with retail industry and commercial real estate.
Experience preparing contracts, leases, and purchase and sale agreements.
Experience conducting due diligence for real estate related mergers and acquisitions.
Advising and representing clients for regulatory, land use, and municipal hearings.
Reviewing title and negotiating SNDA and other lender approval instruments.
