Job summary

Fox Rothschild has an opening in New York, NY for an associate in our Real Estate Department. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of retail industry and commercial real estate experience.

The successful candidate will negotiate and draft lease agreements, and other related legal documents; conduct due diligence for real estate transactions; and provide advice for regulatory, land use, and municipal hearings. Title review and SNDA negotiations with lenders are also required.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this position applies to New York. The salary range reflects a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for a position. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is $240,000 to $270,000.
