Greenberg Traurig’s Los Angeles office is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, joint ventures, and development. Candidates with large firm experience are preferred. The ideal candidate should possess a strong academic background, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, the ability to handle significant project responsibilities, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should also be diligent, detail-oriented, proactive, supportive, and team-oriented.

The Expected Pay Range for this position is $245,000 - $365,000 per year.

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full-time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short-term and long-term disability, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, 401(k), vacation, sick leave, and an employee assistance program. Additional voluntary programs include accident insurance, voluntary life, disability, long-term care, critical illness, cancer insurance, and pet insurance. In certain markets, commuter and transit programs may also be available.
