Qualifications

3 to 6 years of experience practicing real estate law.
Experience handling commercial real estate transactions, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, financing, development, title review.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating within a team.
Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Michigan.
A partial book of business is not required but would be viewed favorably.

Responsibilities

Manage a wide range of commercial and residential real estate matters.
Handle real estate transactions, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, financing, development, title and land use issues.
Work closely with attorneys across multiple practice areas including business, tax, estate planning, and litigation.
