Qualifications
- 3–6 years of extensive experience with real estate transactions, including acquisitions, development and leasing.
- Admission to the Georgia, Texas or Washington State bar or eligibility to waive in.
- Strong written and verbal communication with a focus on complex negotiations.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in data center, digital infrastructure and commercial real estate transactions.
- Draft, review and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, development and closing documents.
- Coordinate multi-jurisdictional transactions and coordinate with local counsel.
- Advise on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development and operational matters.
- Lead due diligence including lease, title and survey reviews.
