Sora Resource Group in Dallas is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its sophisticated Commercial Real Estate practice. You will handle complex acquisitions, dispositions, and financing across multiple asset classes while collaborating with a high-caliber team.

The candidate should have a JD from an ABA-accredited school, active bar admission in listed jurisdictions, and at least 3 years of commercial real estate experience.

Qualifications

  • JD from ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record.
  • Active Bar Admission in Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Texas, or Washington, D.C., in good standing.
  • 3+ years of substantive commercial real estate experience.
  • Experience handling commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions.
  • Strong understanding of real estate transaction structures, due diligence, title and survey review, and closing processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to client service and collaborative teamwork.
  • Prior law firm experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in commercial real estate purchases, sales, and financing transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, easements, and related transactional documents.
  • Conduct and coordinate due diligence reviews, including analysis of title, survey, zoning, and other real estate-related matters.
  • Assist with transaction structuring, negotiations, closings, and post-closing matters.
  • Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to provide comprehensive legal solutions for clients.
  • Manage client communications and support the efficient execution of complex transactions.

Our client, a national AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a talented Real Estate Associate to join its sophisticated Commercial Real Estate practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys handling complex real estate transactions and working alongside a collaborative team on high-profile matters involving acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions across a broad range of asset classes.


Candidate Profile

Compensation & Benefits


  • Compensation: $230,000–$400,000, as determined by experience and market factors
