Job summary

Orion Placement is seeking an experienced attorney to join our sophisticated commercial real estate practice in Miami, FL. The role focuses on complex acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and related transactional matters, with meaningful ownership and direct deal exposure.

Applicants must be licensed in Florida with 3+ years of sophisticated transactional real estate experience, including at least 2 years in acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.

Responsibilities

• Handle sophisticated commercial real estate transactions from initial structuring through closing.
• Represent clients in acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate assets.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage financing documents and transaction agreements.
• Conduct due diligence and coordinate complex deal processes involving clients, lenders, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
• Advise clients on transactional strategy, risk, and deal structure.
• Support leasing, development, hospitality, and other real estate matters as needed.
• Manage multiple sophisticated transactions while delivering responsive, high-quality client service.
• Collaborate closely with partners and other attorneys on complex and high-value matters.

Location:

Miami, FL. This is a hybrid opportunity with meaningful flexibility. Attorneys are expected to maintain an active presence in the Miami office, but there is no fixed number of required in-office days.

Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Florida and have 3+ years of sophisticated transactional real estate experience, including at least 2 years of experience involving real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.
