Junior Real Estate Associate - New York City - 1-3 years - $175,000-$225,000 salary

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Associate with experience in real estate acquisition, development, and/or finance.

The ideal candidate has experience in one or more of the following areas: real estate/construction financing, commercial lending, secondary market transactions, preferred equity, and corporate structures.

The firm are a household name and ranked as an AmLaw100 firm. With over 1,000 attorneys across a multitude of locations, having strong roots in the business community.

The Candidate

• Experienced Real Estate Associate with expertise varied Real Estate matters
• Experience in Acquisitions, development, and/or real estate finance
• Possess a J.D. from an accredited law school as well as admitted to the NC bar
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
