• Strong experience in complex commercial real estate transactions.
• Exposure to finance, leasing, development, and joint venture work.
• Comfortable working across a range of asset classes and sectors.
• Commercially astute with strong technical ability.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and admitted to practice in New York.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build client relationships.
• Highly organized with strong time-management capabilities.

• Supporting on complex real estate finance and structured investment matters.
• Acting on landlord and tenant matters including high-value leasing transactions.
• Assisting with development projects and large-scale real estate transactions.

• Managing transactions from instruction through to completion with autonomy.
• Collaborating with partners and senior attorneys on high-profile mandates.
• Working with colleagues across the firm’s national platform.
