Redfin is seeking an Associate Agent to grow skills and earn income in real estate on a flexible schedule. You will show homes, host open houses, attend inspections, and manage your workload with minimal pressure and no required closings.

As an independent contractor, you’ll be paid per field event and can work remotely in your market. Redfin provides optional educational services to help you advance as an agent.

Qualifications

• Real estate license in the state where you'll work and willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
• Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them
• Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
• Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
