Job summary

Redfin is seeking an Associate Agent to grow skills either as a new agent or with flexible hours. Work with customers on your schedule and earn money in real estate without closing transactions.

You’ll show homes, host open houses, attend inspections, and build a client base with weekends in high demand. This independent contractor role lets you set your own hours, avoid sales pressure, and avoid office visits.

Qualifications

• Current real estate license in the state where you will work.
• Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin.
• Access to smartphone, laptop, and GPS or plan to obtain them.
• Willingness to join local MLS and Realtor Association.
