Job summary

Redfin is seeking Associate Agents to help clients buy and sell homes with flexible scheduling. You will show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections, working remotely in the field with no office visits required.

As an independent contractor, you will earn a flat rate per field event while building your local client base. Applicants must hold a real estate license in the state where you work and affiliate exclusively with Redfin, plus join the local MLS and Realtor Association.
