Job summary

Redfin is seeking an Associate Agent to grow your skills or enjoy more flexibility while earning money through field events. You will show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections on your own schedule, with no sales pressure or closings required.

This is an independent contractor role with pay per field event, and remote fieldwork with weekend opportunities. Redfin provides free, optional educational services to help you advance and supports you as you affiliate your license with Redfin

Qualifications

• Real estate license in the state where you’ll work and willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin.
• Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them.
• Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.
• Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market.
