Job summary

Redfin is seeking an Associate Agent to help buyers and sellers while you work on your own schedule. You’ll show homes, host open houses, attend inspections, and manage a flexible workload as an independent contractor in the field.

No heavy sales pressure or closings, remote work, weekend opportunities, and optional educational services to grow your skills. You’ll earn a flat-rate payment per field event and affiliate your license with Redfin’s local team.

Qualifications

• Real estate license in the state where you work and willing to affiliate with Redfin exclusively.
• Smartphone, laptop, and GPS devices are expected or you must be willing to obtain them.
• Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your market.
