Redfin is seeking an Associate Agent to grow skills or gain flexibility. You will work with customers on your schedule, earning a flat-rate per field event as an independent contractor.

Responsibilities include showing homes, hosting open houses, and traveling within your market. You control your workload, with no mandatory closings or sales pressure, and remote field work is supported.

Qualifications

• Real estate license in the state you'll work in and willingness to affiliate exclusively with Redfin.
• Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to obtain them.
• Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your market.
