Redfin is seeking associates to help buyers and sellers with showings, inspections, and open houses, while letting you schedule your own hours and workload as an independent contractor.

You will earn per field event, with no contracts or closings required, and you can work remotely in the field. Redfin offers free, optional educational services to grow your real estate skills.

Candidates must be licensed in the state where you work and willing to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin.

Qualifications

• Smartphone, laptop and GPS required or willingness to obtain.
• Willingness to join local MLS and Realtor Association.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your market.
