Redfin is hiring an Associate Agent in Florida to support clients through the buying and selling journey with flexible scheduling. As an independent contractor, you will show homes, host open houses, attend inspections, and build your own pipeline while working remotely in the field.

No closing obligations and no sales pressure. You will need a Florida real estate license and a willingness to affiliate with Redfin; you should have a smartphone, laptop, GPS, and reliable transportation to serve
