Job summary

Redfin is seeking an Associate Agent to grow real estate skills and earn money by working with customers on your schedule. You can show homes, host open houses, attend inspections, and set your own hours with control over your workload.

There is no sales pressure, contracts, or closings, and you work remotely in the field with optional educational services to grow your skills. As an independent contractor, you’ll earn a flat-rate payment per field event, and you’ll need a state real estate

Qualifications

• Real estate license is required and you must be willing to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin.
• You should own a smartphone and a laptop to operate in the field.
• You should have GPS capability or the willingness to obtain them.
• Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.
