The Real Estate Associate supports the execution and operational oversight of University real estate activities, including leasing, property acquisition and disposition, and portfolio management. Serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, this role drives efficiency, transaction compliance, and strategic alignment across the real estate lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Transaction & Lease Management: Assist the planning, negotiation, and execution of leases and strategic real estate initiatives, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and best practices and that the portfolio is ensuring the portfolio is managed proactively and in alignment with institutional objectives.
Stakeholder & Project Coordination: Partner directly with University units to define project scope, deliverables, schedules, and budgets, securing all necessary organizational approvals.
Portfolio & Data Administration : Maintain real estate databases, records, and legal documentation to support proactive property management and optimal space utilization.
Analysis & Problem Solving : Apply established procedures and analytical methods to resolve operational challenges and streamline transaction processes.
This is a hybrid position where you will need to be on campus two (2) days a week.

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is between $44,500 to 61,900 annually commensurate with the candidate's education and experience. The final salary offer will be determined based on a variety of factors, including equity, available budget, educational background, and relevant experience.
