Sage Capital Investments is seeking driven real estate brokers in Omaha, NE to build their own book of business with full support from a full-service firm. You’ll work across office, retail, industrial, multifamily, and land deals with access to market data and marketing resources.

Qualifications

• Active Nebraska real estate license or ability to obtain before start (Nebraska).

• Self-motivated and able to work independently; valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business through networking and relationship building.
• Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants from contact to closing.
• Conduct market research, valuations, and competitive analysis.
• Prepare listing packages, marketing decks, and property data sheets.
• Own your pipeline and your transactions end to end.

The Opportunity

We're hand picking a select few to join our brokerage, driven closers who want real ownership of their book and their income. This isn't a desk job with a salary cap; it's a seat for someone who wants to build something of their own. You'll work deals across office, retail, industrial, multifamily, and land, with the listings, data, and marketing muscle of a full-service firm behind you. The ceiling on what you earn? There isn't one.

What You'll Do

• Hunt down new business through prospecting, networking, and relentless relationship building
• Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants from first contact to closing
• Run market research, valuations, and competitive analysis that sharpen every pitch
• Build listing packages, marketing decks, and property data sheets that win
• Own your pipeline and your transactions end to end

What You Bring
