Our client is seeking a 2nd or 3rd year associate to join its growing Real Estate practice in its Bryant Park office. This is a true junior-level opportunity for an attorney looking to build a long-term career handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

The ideal candidate will come from a Big Law or comparable sophisticated real estate practice , with experience representing clients in a broad range of transactional real estate matters.

Ideal Background

• 2–3 years of commercial real estate transactional experience

• Strong academic credentials and attention to detail

Compensation & Schedule

• -
• Cravath market salary (currently follows the latest Big Law market scale) plus competitive benefits. Recent market rates for junior associates are approximately $245K for 2nd years and $270K for 3rd years , depending on class year.
• Hybrid schedule: 3 days per week in the Bryant Park office
