Our client, a highly regarded New York City law firm with one of the city’s top commercial real estate practices, is seeking a mid‑level transactional real estate associate to join its expanding group immediately or in 2026.

Key Requirements:

• J.D. from a top‑tier or strong law school with excellent academic credentials
• 3–7 years of substantive commercial real estate transactional experience from a peer AmLaw 200, large regional, or well‑known New York real estate firm
• Direct experience handling acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, debt and equity financing (borrower and lender side), commercial leasing (office, retail, industrial), and development/redevelopment projects
• Experience with luxury condo/hotel projects, ground leases, 1031 exchanges, or opportunity zones is a plus
• Proven ability to run deals with appropriate supervision and strong client interaction skills
