Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate transaction documents (purchase/sale agreements, leases, loan documents, joint venture agreements)
• Manage due diligence, title/survey review, and the full closing process
• Support acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development matters across asset classes
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, opposing counsel, and internal teams to drive deals from term sheet through closing
• Handle sophisticated CRE work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

What You’ll Be Doing

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate transaction documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and joint venture agreements


• Manage due diligence, title and survey review, and the full closing process


• Support acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development matters across multiple asset classes


• Coordinate with clients, lenders, opposing counsel, and internal teams to drive deals from term sheet through closing


• Handle sophisticated commercial real estate “dirt” work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

What They’re Looking For

• JD 2021–2025 with substantial experience in commercial real estate transactions (leasing, financing, acquisitions/dispositions preferred)
