You will represent clients in acquisitions, dispositions, lending, and joint ventures, advise on leasing, construction, and development, and assist with low-income housing tax credit transactions where applicable.

Qualifications

A leading law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate with at least 3-6 years of experience to join its Real Estate practice in Los Angeles. This opportunity is ideal for an associate with a strong background in sophisticated real estate transactions, excellent legal and analytical skills, and the ability to advise clients on complex commercial real estate matters.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation

$260,000-$390,000 annually, depending on qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors, plus bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.
