Job summary

Austin-based law firm Armbrust & Brown, PLLC seeks an experienced Real Estate Associate Attorney with 4–7 years of experience to join our Real Estate Practice Group in Austin. The ideal candidate will handle a broad range of commercial real estate matters, draft and negotiate complex documents, and perform extensive due diligence to support transactions.

We value strong drafting and negotiation skills, client service, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with colleagues.

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar.
  • 4–7 years of commercial real estate experience.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and project management abilities.
  • Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating with clients and colleagues.
  • Commitment to exceptional client service and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in a broad range of commercial real estate matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, financing documents, development agreements, and related transactional documents.
  • Conduct title, survey, and due diligence review for real estate transactions.
  • Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, financing transactions, and leasing matters.
  • Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to deliver exceptional legal services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Stay current on legal and regulatory developments affecting real estate transactions.

Armbrust & Brown, PLLC is seeking an experienced Real Estate Associate Attorney with 4–7 years of experience to join our growing Real Estate Practice Group in Austin.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney who is looking to build a long-term career with a respected Texas law firm and pursue partnership in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will have strong transactional experience, exceptional drafting skills, and a desire to take on increasing responsibility while working directly with clients.

What You'll Do
  • Represent clients in a broad range of commercial real estate matters
  • Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, financing documents, development agreements, and related transactional documents
