• Comfortable working directly with clients and taking ownership of matters.
• Ability to work effectively in a sophisticated, collaborative BigLaw environment.
• Must be licensed and in good standing in Texas, or eligible to waive into Texas.

• Conduct due diligence and analyze real estate-related agreements and documentation.
• Work directly with clients and other transaction professionals throughout the lifecycle of matters.
• Collaborate with attorneys across the firm's broader practice groups to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
• Manage multiple transactions and deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
