• Identify homes that meet buyers’ budgets and needs to facilitate more sales
• Assist clients in writing offers and closing deals smoothly
• Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities for client questions
• Promote services to your Circle of Influence and network
• Learn all aspects of real estate and how to take care of clients regularly
• Generate business from personal efforts including open houses and community engagement
• Grow relationships between your team and clients; role is centered on service
